Carol J. Geffner, Ph.D., President of CB Vision Consultants, LLC. Dr. Geffner is a Professor at USC’s Sol Price School of Public Policy and Director of the Executive Master of Leadership Program. She has worked with the Kets de Vries Institute, collaborating with CEOs and executive teams on strategy and leadership development. Her notable clients include USC, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, Merck, and Deutsche Bank. Her book, “Building A New Leadership Ladder,” published by MIT Press, focuses on transforming male-dominated organizations to support women leaders. Dr. Geffner holds a Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University, an MPA from USC, and a BA from the University of Toronto.
