mechanical engineering. Leading The Water Replenishment District of Southern
California, Stephan focuses on equity-related programs, a passion he honed during his
two decades at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. With degrees in
Religion, Mechanical Engineering, and Business Administration, plus certifications in
project management and leadership, Stephan exemplifies dedication to sustainable
water management and equity.
