Meet Anatole Falagan, Assistant General Manager of Long Beach Utilities. Mr. Falagan oversees Finance, Resources, Engineering, and Information Systems. He manages the utility’s budget and rates development for water, gas, reclaimed water, and sewer services. Before Long Beach Utilities, he held various roles at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California for 16 years. Falagan began his career as an engineer in 1983 and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, along with an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine. He is a registered Professional Engineer in California and Texas.
