Educate To Lead.

Educate To Lead is a partnership. Water Education for Latino Leaders and CAAWEF run it together.

It is built for mid-level managers in California's water and energy sectors.

Five in-person sessions. The curriculum comes from people who already run water and energy agencies.

It covers self-awareness, inclusive leadership, and how to make room for new ideas. The point is to get people ready for the job above the one they hold.

Who it is for

Mid-level managers.

People who lead teams and want to lead agencies. People who have the technical work handled and now need the other half.

Participants build clarity and empathy. They learn to navigate hard conversations. They leave with a network that outlasts the program.
